Mr. Noble has 30 years of experience in finance, real estate and operations. Mr. Noble has demonstrated outstanding organization skills in streamlining operation and administrative functions with expertise in SBA and business loan packaging and presentation. He is highly regarded for financial acumen in controlling cost, rendering daily financial analysis, keenly conduct loan review and assessment, and driving initiatives for business development. Mr. Noble earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Mississippi State University and studied Advanced Commercial Lending & Financial Analysis at the Commercial Lending School of the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. D'Antoni has 18 years of community bank lending in small business commercial, residential and commercial construction, and residential lending. In addition, Mr. D'Antoni posses 15 years of residential secondary-market lending. Mr. D'Antoni earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Nicholas State University. He has also received advance training at the Louisiana Bankers Association's Advanced School of Banking and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Mr. Shook has focused on portfolio management, balance sheet management and risk management for over 15 years. Prior to joining GMFS, Mr. Shook founded Parker Paschal & Company LLC (PP&C). PP&C served the institutional investor and regulated financial institution markets on complex asset, balance sheet and risk management matters. Mr. Shook served as President and Chief Investment Officer of Ischus Capital Management, LLC. While at Ischus Mr. Shook attracted and managed assets in excess of $6 billion from a global client base. Prior to joining Ischus, Mr. Shook was responsible for multi-billion dollar trading portfolios for HSBC Bank and Bank of America. Mr. Shook earned his B.A. in Business Management from North Carolina State University and M.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of Alabama.
