Become a GMFS Approved Closing Agent

Closing/Title Agent Application
GMFS, LLC requires the following to become an approved closing agent:

1) A completed application for all persons requesting approval.
2) An initialed, signed, and dated set of Master Closing Instructions.
3) Current wiring instructions (bottom of page 1 of application).
4) Copy of Declarations Page indicating Professional Liability (E&O) coverage.
5) Signed Insured Closing Protection letters from EACH of your current title insurance companies. Each letter should name GMFS, LLC as the insured and must also reference the attorney(s) in your firm applying for approval.
