- Information we obtain to verify representations made by you, such as open lines of credit; and Information we obtain from other persons regarding their employment, credit or other relationships with you, such as your employment history.

However, please note that your direction for us to restrict the information that our affiliates may share only covers certain information about you that we might otherwise share with our affiliates. Even if you opt out, we may continue to share with our affiliates information regarding our transactions and experiences with you, as permitted by law.
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.
